Helps in finding the words to describe and think about what it means to be part of humanity and of the universe

Not only for coaches! Starting with the authors' personal stories and moving through analysis of the human condition as a whole, this book is packed with inspiration and advice on how to move forward in relationships with others, in life and in work. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in self improvement - it is down to earth, non-pretentious and very, very readable.
The idea behind the book is that we start as a whole, part of One (or God, or the Universe) and our human experience is that we are fragmented, but it is now time for Integration, slowly moving back towards wholeness.
Integration will help you find the words to describe and think about what it means to be part of humanity and part of the universe.

This is a "must buy" for those wishing to more fully integrate body mind and spirit and move toward total consciousness. Ms. Betz masterfully brings together ancient and complex,current wisdom in a very understandable way. The book is very elegantly written and straightforward in its approach. Personal experiences are beautifully used to help define key concepts.
As a person who only buys e-books, I strongly encourage you to buy this in the paper format because you will want to underline passages, make notes in the margins and refer to it on a regular basis. This book will become a treasured companion on your life journey.
