About the Author
"Dr. J.P. Verma is a Professor of Statistics at the Lakshmibai National University of Physical Education Gwalior. He has experience of more than thirty years of teaching Applied Statistics to the students of various disciplines. He possesses three masters degree in Statistics, Psychology and Computer application besides PhD degree. He has this unique distinction of being 1st position holder in M.Sc. (Statistics) from Kanpur University as well as in M.A (Psychology) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has successfully guided six PhD candidates and has 3 books and 28 research papers/articles to his credit. He acted as a visiting faculty for various management institutes. He was also visiting fellow to the University of Sydney in 2002. He has visited countries like Australia, Poland, Scotland, Bangkok and Nepal for various academic assignments and conducted numerous workshops in the area of Applied Statistics and Research Methodology. Dr. Mohammad Ghufran is presently Professor of Psychology in Kumaun University, Nainital (Almorha Campus). He has been actively associated with teaching and research for more than 22 years. His main area of research is Personality and Social Psychology. He has published more than 35 research articles and a book on Guidance and Counseling."
