Pharmacy School Rotations Lifesaver

I ordered this for my pharmacy school rotations to have on hand for those tough ID questions and dosing. This fits perfectly in my white coat pocket and even has colored pages for the charts of spectrum of coverage (different from older edition). The print also seems slightly blurred than the previous edition, although still clearly legible. Would recommend for rotations for sure!

Great item for any pharmacy/medical student

Great item for any pharmacy/medical student! I used this during a hospital rotation - it saved me when I found out the Wifi was spotty and the online version could not be accessed there. I recommend familiarizing yourself with this book before you whip it out and try to be an antibiotic queen though. There is a ton of information packed in one little space that is not entirely easy to just flip to. I still give it 5 stars because the item itself is great - it is hard to categorize so much information and Sanford is great at doing so.

The best antimicrobial reference for everyday clinical use

This book is essential when dealing with patients who have numerous allergies, and the typical antibiotics are not available to use. Labs only test for a limited number of antibiotic sensitivities, and this book gives me practical information to solve everyday challenges. My only complaint is that the print is SO SMALL IT IS NEARLY UNREADABLE. Being in my late 50s, and even using reading glasses, I struggle to read the charts and print. They should print it in a larger font.
